The Gregory Apartments is a pet friendly luxury apartment community in Valley Ranch. You and your pet can enjoy modern living at The Gregory, with plenty of outdoor space and a dedicated dog running path.

Pets are welcome upon completing the approval process, including a pet interview and screening process. Fees include a $450 non-refundable deposit per pet, and a $35 monthly pet rent per pet. Pets are limited to two per household, and certain breed restrictions are enforced. Pets must be under 100 pounds. Please contact leasing office for more details.
