How do I schedule a tour?

Pricing, Fees, and Deposits

How much is the security deposit?

Residents are responsible for amenity fees, water, sewer, trash, valet trash, renter's insurance and electricity. For a full list of fees please check out our Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Payment methods accepted are online payments, cashier’s checks, or personal checks.

What lease terms do you offer?
The Gregory Apartments offers 3 to 16 months lease terms.
What is required on move-in day?
Move-in day requirements include proof of renter’s insurance, proof of electricity service, payment of the move-in prorated amount, signed lease agreement, and government issued ID.
Do you allow subletting or lease transfers?
Subletting is not permitted. However, a lease transfer to another unit onsite is acceptable.
What is your move-out policy?
A 60-day notice to vacate and fulfill payment through the end of the term.
